Yes, on the Volopay app, users can freely edit the invoice details. However, please bear in mind that any changes will be applicable to what will appear on invoice only and will not reflect any modifications in the account level i.e. the company name and billing info.
All invoices on our platform are auto-categorized based on their payment status, among others. This way, all paid invoices are automatically collated and distinctively recorded to avoid any duplicate payments on an invoice.
In case a payment is wrongly being recorded twice, our software will immediately surface a warning pop-up by filtering the invoice number against your database.
Absolutely! Volopay automatically gathers invoices from all the sources such as mails and accounting software, so that no bills remain unpaid or face penalty for late payment. Alternatively, users can email their bills to us at invoices@volopay.co / bills@volopay.co and we will take care of the rest!
