We need to change the number of people in our team. How will that work?
The admin can invite new members through his/her Volopay account. The new members need to accept the invite and complete the further process. To remove a member, the admin can simply block all the cards associated with that member.
How secure is Volopay?
VAPT(Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) on our Network and Applications every 2 months. Also, we do not store any of your card details or any sensitive data, and our partners are all fully PCI DSS compliant.
Are there any additional fees?
Absolutely none. We do not charge any additional fees or some hidden charges. But, there will be some charges for ATM withdrawals in foreign countries, charged by the banks and payment networks. Also, there will be fees charged for FX transactions, but it will still be lesser than bank charges by 2-4%.
What is a Volopay virtual card?
Virtual card are unique cards that provide extra security and control over the online transactions. Users can create and dedicate unique card for each online vendor, providing flexibility to manage them aptly and also isolating your main account from any fraudulent activity associated with a particular vendor.
Does Volopay gives credit too?
Yes we also provide credit line upto 500K. Our credit feature has a flexible cycle with no interest rate.
How long does it take to get my account approved?
Your company account approval's initial evaluation including credit approval is within 2 business days. We will advise you if any additional documents are required. Once the company account is approved, you will need to complete each user's KYC, which happens within 24 hours.
How do I order a physical card?
You can order a physical card directly from your Volopay account. You do not need to follow any additional processes.
How can I enable USD Cards?
To enable USD cards, you can simply write an email to us tagging your Account Manager, email@example.com. We will enable the USD cards for you. Please note, that this is only applicable for trade line approved clients.
Can I withdraw from ATM using my physical card?
Our physical cards support ATM withdrawal on the prefunded model.
How to reset my PIN?
You can navigate on the dashboard to reset your pin. Cards > Physical Cards > Select Card > Generate a new PIN
Once you enter the requested details, and enter OTP, you can generate a new PIN.
How long does it take to approve my VKYC?
It takes about 24 hours for approval for KYC. A CS team member will reach out with the status.
Why do you need my KYC authentication?
As per RBI regulations, all financial and non-financial institutions need to undertake KYC for their customers for the issuance of PPI instruments.
How do I make the credit repayment?
You can easily make the repayment from your Volopay account. Navigate to your credit account from the Dashboard or the Cards section and make the repayment.
Please ensure that you have enough balance in your wallet before you make the repayment.
